We provide rock climbing, sea kayaking, surfing, snorkelling, powerboat trips and water safety courses in the unspoilt natural locations around East Cork/ West Waterford. We offer the complete adventure experience from the 1st to the last minute and hope you arrive as customers but leave as friends. Through the adventure activities we provide, our aim is to help you to reach your true potential, by living life to the full with more fun, and with more self-belief and confidence in your abilities to do anything you can put your mind to. With 13 years experience in teaching and coaching we will show you what you are capable of.
Keeping your safety and well being a priority, we provide the best equipment available to ensure you get the most from your adventure.
We also offer advice on safety, equipment and any other queries you may have.

Rock climbing and surfing courses also run daily.
Kids camps available during July and August.
No experience necessary, from ages 8 to 100yrs.
