The Visitor Centre, is open all year round, incorporates the Tourist Office and Heritage Centre.
A visit to the centre is an essential first step to viewing the town itself. See and read of Youghal in centuries past and hear of the heros and heroines of the life of this illustrious town that was built by the Fitzgeralds in 1220. The Heritage Centre also displays artifacts, images and models that illustrate the history of Youghal.
