The setting for this Show is in the newly restored Mall Arts Centre in Youghal, East Cork. Built in 1774 as The Mall House, and later home to Youghal Urban Council, the building is steeped in history and has played a significant role in the community for 230 years. This theatre can hold up to 200 people per night and is in an idyllic location, alongside the promenade of Youghal’s picturesque seafront

A small, privately run museum, providing a facinating display of some 600 beautifully restored gadgets & appliances used within the home between the 1850's & 1950's. Among the intertesting items on display, you will see rare manually operated vaccum cleaners, washine machines, gramaphones, cameras, telephones as well as a very wide selection of food preparation & cooking equipment. You can also step back in time into a fully furnished, traditional Irish country kitchen of 100 years ago.

Description:    
St Colman’s Cathedral is a Gothic Revival building. It took 47 years to build (1868 – 1915). The spire is 100 m high and its tower houses a carillon of 47 bells – the largest in Ireland. Recitals of the bells take place each Sunday afternoon in summer. The interior of the Cathedral is highly decorated with carved panels of Bath stone, and displays some beautiful stained glass.
