The proprietor of Raymonds Restaurant Midleton is Raymond Whyte. A native of Ballycotton in East Cork and who set up roots in Midleton where he now considers too be his hometown. Raymond is a qualified chef with over twenty years experience that has taken him all over the world, working in Bermuda and the Hilton Hotels in Europe. He opened his own busy modern restaurant three years ago, which serves a cliental who have an appreciation for excellent cuisine. Menus change on a regular basis with emphases on seasonal and local produce. Raymonds manages front of house with an excellent team of staff.
